Hi we are Kate and Paola. We are in our early 30's and have been living together for the past 2 years. Our trio has come to an end as our housemate/friend James has made the giant leap onto the property ladder and therefore, we have a room available to rent from the 1st August. As a house we like to socialise together whether that's an evening in together cooking/watching TV/having drinks etc. but we also have our own friendship groups and plans. I currently work at St. George’s Hospital (10-15mins away) and Paola works in IDK sales/ visitor assistant at the National history museum.

2 floor furnished maisonette just 5 minutes from Tooting Broadway tube station. Consisting of 3 double bedrooms, bathroom and open plan kitchen/living room. Just minutes away from mutiple supermarkets/shops/gyms/pubs/restaurants and tooting broadway market which is a must visit. Just a quick hop on the northen line to travel into the city.

The room is a large double bedroom and comes fully furnished - bed/wardrobe/drawers. The rent is £800 a month and bills come to approx £100 a month.

We are looking for a similar age person who is happy to be part of our flat and socialise some evenings but also has their own friends/plans.
