We are a couple looking for 1 flatmate.

The flat is 3 minutes from Tooting Broadway Station.

It has 2 bathrooms, 3.5 bedrooms, kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine all available), living room and garden.

We own the flat and have just renovated it and want to keep it nice.

We are a couple - both work in the office regularly, are social and into sport and fitness. We are tidy so are looking for someone similar.
