Hello! I have just bought a lovely two bed in walking distance of Balham station

I am currently furnishing it, so the room can come unfurnished or furnished. Up to you

There are fitted wardrobes across the whole back wall, floor to ceiling. Three large sash windows and a feature arch, will add a picture. It's kind of hard to get in one as it's a king. It's the front bedroom on the floorplan

I am pretty social, of course understand you have your own life.

Odd dinner etc, trip to the pub, I think it's important it feels natural to hangout in your own home.

I am open on age and gender, as to be honest assuming someone younger is less mature, or a woman is more considerate is silly!

The reasons I fell in love with the flat. Private large garden. Brilliant light, high ceilings. Separate kitchen.
