We live about a 5 minutes walk away from Wandsworth Common. Earlsfield & Wandsworth Common stations are 10-15 minutes walk away and there are lots of nice local pubs and cafes and a shopping centre, Southside and Tooting market.

About us:
I have lived here over 8 years and work from home (in my room) in finance within a tech company, enjoying theatre shows, travelling and occasional board game nights.

The home is peaceful from the busy London life and not best suited for parties.

About you:
We’re looking for someone open-minded, conscious, clean, who respect the home, and communicative above all else. We’ll also be looking out for people with similar interests, with the potential for friendship. Ideally, friendly enough to enjoy time with, without being too secluded.

It’s generally a pretty quiet area and our neighbours are all friendly – we even have a Whatsapp chat for the block.

Our landlady is lovely and lets us get on with things, but responds and deals with issues very quickly.
