I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in a two-bedroom duplex flat in St John's Wood. My current flatmate is leaving, so I'm seeking someone to sign a yearly contract. The flat is just a 2-minute walk from Swiss Cottage Station (Jubilee line) and South Hampstead Station (Overground), with plenty of bus routes into central London right outside the door.

The flat features a spacious kitchen and living room with a balcony offering views of London. It's fully furnished, including the bedrooms. You are more than welcome to use the 52 inches TV and the Playstation 5/Nintendo Switch (: There is one bathroom and two toilets.

The rent is £1,075 per month, plus bills which range between £100-£150 depending on usage.

Our current contract ends on July 14th, but my flatmate is moving out on June 8th, so the move-in date is flexible.

You'll be sharing with me, a 25-year-old working in theatre. I'm usually out during the day.
