Room 3 – £750 pcm
A well-proportioned en-suite double room offering a more affordable option while still benefiting from the same shared facilities, parking, high-speed internet and inclusive rent as the other rooms.

The house is run as a quiet and considerate home rather than a party house. The existing household is made up of working residents, and everyone is asked to be respectful of others, particularly by keeping noise down after 10pm.

Rent includes normal household bills and high-speed 1Gb internet.

The property also offers off-road parking, a large shared lounge, garden and patio areas, extensive kitchen facilities, multiple ovens and hobs, fridges and freezers, dishwashers, separate laundry facilities with two washing machines and a Bosch heat-pump dryer, and CCTV to external/common areas.
