Looking for 1 person to inhabit a large room for at least a year, replacing me.

The house is in good condition with some excellent, fair, open-minded roommates. Perfect for students and the like.

Aside from the large room, you will have access to a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Bills will be sorted as a group, including a monthly bill for excellent internet.

Gas and electricity will generally be paid for on a weekly basis on a rota between you and the other 2 occupants. Alternatively, you can discuss this if something else suits you better.

If you are going to be a student at the local university, it is only a 5 minute walk to either campus site.
