We have a spacious, double, en-suite room available now in this beautiful house for working professionals in Penkhull (near Newcastle-Under-Lyme).
It is a beautifully modernised house, 20 minutes' walk from Royal Stoke Hospital and 20 minutes' walk to Stoke train station, near to local shops, pubs and cafes.

All bills are included in the rental price and include the usual utility bills as well as superfast broadband and a regular cleaner. There is a sofa and TV in the communal kitchen / diner area and a lovely, quiet garden with patio for sitting out during the summer months. The house is in a great location - near to all local amenities and public transport yet quiet and spacious.

Your room is furnished to the highest standards and also includes:

As professional landlords we care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors and fire doors (which are also soundproofed). What about the bathroom and kitchen?

All rooms all have their own luxury fully-tiled ensuites with power showers. The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water! There is also a downstairs toilet just off the utility room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house.

In addition there is a utility room where you’ll find the washing machine, tumble drier, vacuum cleaner and iron and ironing board . There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need!

TENANCY

We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, we do offer tenancies from 3 months.
