We have a comfortable double room available in our family home. The house is shared with our family, including three children, and one other male lodger, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living in a family environment.

The room comes furnished with a **double bed and wardrobe**, but you’re welcome to replace these with your own furniture if you prefer.

You’ll share a **bathroom with one other lodger** and will have full access to the **kitchen for cooking and preparing meals**.

Please note that the **living room is reserved for family use**, so this would be best suited to someone who is happy with a quieter household setup and mainly needs a comfortable place to live, cook and relax in their own room.
