Looking for a friendly flatmate to take my place in a lovely, spacious 2-bed apartment. You’ll be living with my wonderful friend and flatmate (a 29-year-old professional) and her slightly chubby cat, Millie 🐱
I’m moving out to live with my boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone easy-going who’s happy becoming pals but also appreciates having their own space🧘🏻♀️ Ideally someone tidy, respectful and up for the occasional chat, drink or shared takeaway (Wagamama’s preferred).
The flat itself is great - bright living room and kitchen area, plus a lovely balcony overlooking a communal garden which is perfect in the summer ☀️

The room available is a bright double with a built-in wardrobe and comes furnished with a bed. You would also have use of the main bathroom (with bath and shower), which is right next to the bedroom and is essentially yours, as my flatmate’s room has an ensuite.
There’s also loads of extra storage in the flat, including two huge hallway cupboards.
Location-wise it’s ideal if you work in London. The station is less than an 8 minute walk away (closer to 5 if you walk quickly like we do) 🚆 Staines to Waterloo is under 40 minutes which is excellent 😍
We’re also right next to the town centre, so shops, cafés and restaurants are all basically on the doorstep - very handy if you enjoy a little shopping trip and don’t want to carry bags for miles 🛍️
Millie is the real boss of the apartment and an excellent judge of character — but don’t worry, she’s incredibly sweet and you will absolutely fall in love 😻
I’ll be moving out at the end of June, so ideally looking for someone to move in around then.
