Hi, I'm Waqas, the live-in landlord of this lovely house in Stalybridge. The decision to who I take on would be also based on what others in the house feel like too, to ensure cohesion in the house as well.

I'm passionate about the environment and am actively taking steps to de-carbonise the house, moving eventually to a completely carbon-free residence. The insulation has been upgraded. and we now benefit from solar power. I'm constantly thinking about ways that I can make the house nicer and more modern, i have some great upgrades coming soon.

All bills are included, including council tax.
I'm not overly worried about your power consumption as long as you are reasonable, you're free to set your own radiator temperature, I only ask that you discuss any high-draw items with me (ie: fan heaters, powerful desktop computers)

If you move here, please be advised that the best mobile network here is Vodafone

Pet owners considered, but would be at £35/month extra for well behaved pet that doesn't shed. Well behaved = quiet, not aggressive, doesn't bark especially at night time or when left alone.
