Hey There! I am looking for a subletter for my room in a creative warehouse in Tottenham Hale/Seven Sisters.
This would be for just under 4 weeks from the 30th June til the 26th July. The rent is £750 for this duration. (+ a £250 deposit). Shorter lets will be considered, but ideally you'd be staying for the full duration.
The room is large, featuring a bedroom area and a ‘lounge area’, with plenty of windows and light.
The warehouse features a large separate shared workspace/studio, perfect for makers, performers, and freelancers requiring productive as well as living space.
We are all in our mid 20s to early 40s, musicians, designers, artists, journalists, film-makers, prop designers, plus a big fluffy cat. We like party but are not a party house and we like to keep things clean and tidy. We often host drinks, dinner and movie nights and are interested in someone who likes being social.
The house - 10 studios in total, a large shared workspace, an equally large kitchen with granite worktops, 5 ring range cooker, bathroom and shower room, laundry room, separate toilet, bike hooks and further storage. Smoking ok but not in communal areas.
The Location - Situated in the Fountayne Road area, it is great for joining a community with like minded individuals. Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale are 5 mins walk where you're 15 minutes from Kings Cross on the Victoria line, 20 minutes to Liverpool Street by train, buses to everywhere and 5 minutes walk to the canal if boats or nature are your thing.
