Welcome to our 15-bedroom warehouse home.

We’re an eclectic and friendly bunch looking for some new people to join the house, as a few housemates are sadly moving out.

The house is pretty big and there’s a lot going on. We have a big open kitchen with plenty of fridge, freezer and cupboard space, plus all the usual shared appliances. There are three showers and four toilets, so even with a full house there’s rarely much waiting around.

Just off the kitchen is the front room, where we tend to watch films or hang out. There’s a projector, speakers, a piano, drum kit and a few amps. There’s another living room as well, so there are usually a few different places to be depending on what’s going on.

There are three shared studio spaces in different parts of the house. People use them for making things, music, work, or whatever projects they’ve got on.

The garden is big and gives us a really nice bit of outdoor space on top of the house. Some of us grow veg and plants out there, and when the weather’s good it tends to become another shared room — eating outside, hanging around, occasional BBQs, that sort of thing.

With 15 bedrooms, there’s quite a bit of life in the place. Sometimes we’ll have friends over, birthdays or a house thing, but day to day it’s mostly people cooking, working, making things and crossing paths around the house. We also live with Momo the cat and Elvis the tortoise.

We’re a mix of creative, open-minded working people, and ideally we’d like someone who actually wants to live with other people rather than just have a room here. Someone considerate and reasonably tidy, but mostly just someone who feels like they’d fit into the house.

Bills are an additional £70 covering all utilities , toilet paper and cleaning utensils and a weekly cleaner.
