The main occupant is a relaxed, professional Continental gentleman who enjoys good company, food and wine. The cosy lounge-diner is the main living space, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a Barrista coffee machine, washer-dryer and more. The flat also has high-speed fibre WiFi and a WiFi-enabled printer, copier and scanner.

The flat is conveniently located near a Victoria Line station, as well as Overground and rail links. English, German and several Scandinavian languages are spoken here, and an interest in languages is always welcome. There are many nearby parks, plus a canal just five minutes away that is ideal for walks.

Flexible short-term lets are available, and couples or two friends are welcome for an additional charge. Please note: no smoking. Pets may be considered if we can meet them first.

The area is up-and-coming, with plenty to explore, from food spots and music venues to vinyl shops and ethnic stores. Most costs are included; any others can be discussed.
