For 1 person — a room (size for a double room) in a ground flat very close to Seven Sisters station (Google Maps says 7 mins on foot, I usually walk 5 mins). Very quiet street. Looking for a candidate ASAP.

Bills are not included, they are £80 max in winter months. Fast WiFi included.
There’s a (very little) garden for smokers.
Pets: cats considered.
There’s a washing machine, air fryer, old microwave, electric cooker with oven and a separate full-size fridge for you (two fridges overall).
This is a sublet, so no contract, unfortunately.
Both short and long lets considered.

Viewings from 10th of October onwards. Moving in possible as soon as good candidate is found.

Current flatmates are a couple, 66 and 72 years old, Russian/Ukrainian/Bulgarian speakers. I (their daughter) speak English and available to translate whatever is needed over the phone (I live in Scotland). They are reserved, and happy with someone equally reserved.
