I’m Shaiyahann (pronounced Shyanne haha).

I’m 29 and work as a Year 1 teacher, from mon Friday and I live here with my aunt who works for a maintenance company Mon - Friday.
We have a warm, welcoming home with a nice garden space, and we’re looking for someone friendly and respectful to join us and move in the large room we are renting.

Any age from 25+ younger is welcome but we will need a reference and proof of work.

We’re a relaxed, female household — we respect personal space, especially after work hours I enjoy cooking so dinner is always here if you don’t mind eating but you are more then welcome to make ur own food as this will be ur living space … we’re also always up for a chat here and there or a fun girly hangout from time to time in the garden on a weekend … 💕

The room , It’s bright, spacious, and fully furnished to an extent please feel free to make changes as it will be your room and we will like you comfortable! It’s with a built-in large wardrobe, chest of drawers, two mirrors, on the wardrobe, a smart 45inch TV, and a comfortable double king-sized bed.
( a desk can be provided if you work from home ) not an issue.
Fresh towels & bedding new pillows come with package also candles and air fresheners to make you feel more welcome also a mini fridge will be placed once arrival. To keep ur personal snacks in the comfort of ur space - but of course you can use the fridge freezer when doing your food shopping. We also provided your own personal plates and knife fork sets with a person cup to have your morning meals or tea.

We have a garden which is a lovely size & can be used anytime for a wine down ! Also living room communal area is accessible for you also as it’s a big house and we would love you to feel at home.

The rent is £800/£85O per month, including all bills (WiFi, gas, electricity), so it’s nice and simple with no hidden costs. You’d just need to cover your own groceries but of course you can use things in the home aswell and bathroom essentials.

A deposit is required to hold the room (flexible for short-term lets), would prefer longer stay.
along with the first month’s rent upfront. The tenancy starts with a 3 month trial period, please give notice in this time if you are wanting to re locate, the option to stay longer is open also as we want long term all goes well , you will have the deposit returned.

The house is in a quiet area in Harringay close to Seven Sisters train station 8 minute walk and not far from Turnpike Lane, also near Tottenham Hale train station also - so it’s really well connected to get to central London or to commute anywhere !
There are nice restaurants placed in the area a park for fitness to go for a run & also a nice breakfast bar locally to do ur work. ( by choice )
Doctor surgery are located near the area and shops also. Very culturally if you want anything that feels like home , this is the place for you!
