WHO WE’D LOVE TO FIND
A calm professional or mature student (30 yrs+) looking for a part-time let in a peaceful home.
We're a friendly bunch (the landlords too), up for a chat and kitchen/garden hang, but we're respectful of each others sleep and work commitments. We’re both pretty geeky and sensible these days! Life is oriented around work, family, friends, and hobbies.
We love and care for this place and have a good relationship with our landlords. Heavy drinking and the like doesn’t go down here. We're in the habit of giving each other a lil heads up if we're having people visit.
We’re an eco-friendly, budget savvy, clean/tidy household, ticking as many boxes as possible to be so (eco products, are conscious of our energy consumption etc)
