I’m moving out of a very spacious house share with 3 other people. The rest of the tenancy will be until the 5th of October 2024.
The house has 3 floors, 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 on the third. Your bedroom will be on the 2nd. On the ground floor is the kitchen and the dining area and a large garden. There are 3 bathrooms - 1 shower room, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom with a shower and a toilet so you’ll never have to wait in line for the loo or the shower. The other tenants are 3 chill students.

The estate agent will need you to provide photographic ID and a guarantor to be able to move in.
