Looking for someone to take over my ensuite room at Unite Station Court.

It's a nice and cozy ensuite on the ground floor. The view is just an ivy wall, so it's green and nice and no one will walk around outside your window. The picture attached is from Unite's website. In reality, this room is the same layout but it's mirrored. The bathroom is spacious, and the room as a whole has a lot of storage, including the under-bed storage. The desk is really large, so if you're a student who takes up lots of space, worry not!

The kitchen has both a kitchen area and a living room area with couches. Just as for the room itself, the windows in the kitchen just face ivy so it's super private despite being on the ground floor.

The location is only 5 minutes walk away from Seven Sisters tube station with Victoria line (=super convenient to go into the city, especially if you go to UCL), and a big Tesco. There's also lots of restaurants and smaller shops, and right outside the building is the Overground station South Tottenham. About 15-20 minutes walk is Tottenham Hale, with excellent bus and National Rail connections, and Tottenham Hale Retail Park with just about all you need shop-wise.
