We’re two good mates in our early 30s (an illustrator/artist and a casting director) looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home in Harringay. We’re ideally looking for someone LGBTQ, aged 26–40, who’s sociable and friendly but can also enjoy their own space from time to time. Ideally looking for one person, but we may consider a queer couple (rent would be higher for two)
