Comfy sitting room. Nice spacious kitchen. Lots of good transport links; tube, buses, overground.
Quiet area. Big house so plenty of privacy. No traffic nearby .
We are 2 professionals, I'm retired and travel a lot. Would also be suitable for a single parent with 1 child. Will accept those on housing benefit.
