Situated within convenient access to Seven Sisters (8 min walk) on the Victoria Line and Overground. Excellent access to the city with 24hr bus service. 41, 341, 76, 230 are all within 5 min walk from the house.

This double room is on the first floor, toilet and bathroom shared with one person. The ground floor has a kitchen, living and dining room, a garden, and a common toilet we use for guests and emergencies. The house has built-in storage and is fully furnished: The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and 2 bedside drawers.

We have a selection of grocery stores within quick reach as we are on the high road, but are on the quiter side of it. Walking distance from Downhills Park if you like to spend some time in nature.

A bit about us - currently occupied by two professionals, we are friends from high school. We like socialising together in the evenings, chilling after work and going to the pub in the weekend!

We're looking for someone is keen to hang out now and then, but is equally independent and has things going on outside the flat. We're a creative and friendly household and like coming together for sit down dinner and a film every few weeks! We're looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and shares similar interests to us.

We work a mixture of in the office and WFH. Ideally looking for someone with similar routine or working in the office full time.

Rent does not include bills which come up to about 100-120 per person each month.
