HI THERE POTENTIAL NEW ROOMIE
We have a room available in our North London warehouse.
Rent is £835, bills inc. + one month’s rent needed as a deposit to secure the room. Move-in date is 6th November. We chip in an additional £15PM(ish) for house consumables which includes cleaning products, toilet paper, etc.
The room is bright and airy with huge openable windows and comes unfurnished. In addition, we have shared storage spaces outside of the room in the communal hallway.
The warehouse features a large shared workspace/studio, perfect for makers, bakers, dancers and shakers. This space is also used as a social space for film nights, jam nights and so on and so forth.
We have a large kitchen with a large dining table, perfect for hosting house dinners, friends and family dinners or drinks or game nights.
We are 11 people in total, all mid-20s – late 30s. We occupy a range of occupations from photography, music, lighting and sound design, journalism, carpentry all the way to baking.
With 11 people in tow, we have developed some great systems to keep things clean and tidy, and we are looking for someone who wants the same from their space.
We have a one cat in the house, so with this in mind any pets would need to be super cat friendly.

We are arranging viewings ONLY on the evenings of Tuesday 20th + Wednesday 21st October. We will have a limited capacity for some video viewings.
