Hello!
We're looking for someone to welcome into our warm, homely warehouse unit in Harringey, North London. We're two friendly guy and gal in our 20s and 30s and are looking for someone around the same age who'll fit in and enjoy living with us.
The warehouse is just 10 minutes from Seven Sisters, Manor House, and Stamford Hill stations, all offering excellent links to Central London and easy access to airports. It’s also close to Stoke Newington and Hackney, with plenty of parks nearby like Finsbury Park, Clissold Park, and the beautiful Woodberry Wetlands, which even has a watersports centre and a climbing castle.
Rent is £750 per month, excluding utilities. The room is a semi-furnished double bedroom that comes with a mattress, desk, and cupboard. You’ll also have the freedom to furnish and decorate the room however you like!
In terms of shared spaces, we have a cozy living room, kitchen, and bathroom, which we all share. As for us, we’re two professionals, one guy, one girl, who enjoy community, F1, and music. Both of us works in marketing in 9-5's who have a few creative interests.
The warehouse flat has Wi-Fi, a washing machine for laundry, and parking can be arranged if needed. Move-in is available immediately, and you can stay for as long as you like, with flexible terms.
We already have a 2 young cats, one called Floki, the other Lulu and so would not be open to any further pets.
If this sounds like a good fit, contact us via SpareRoom. We look forward to hearing from you!
