Nice cozy room to rent from the 8th of AUGUST till the 2nd of SEPTEMBER, in my lovely big house in Seven Sisters. The rent is £640 pcm plus about £180 bills/month (council tax // internet // water)
The room is quiet - on the back garden side) - it’s fully furnished and the bed and mattress are recently bought and very comfortable.
The house has a large living room, a big kitchen and one good-sized shared bathroom. Brand new washing machine, fridge and boiler so the place is cozy during winter times. And there is a lovely back garden.
I am looking for a responsabile and friendly person to sublet my room for a short period of time to share the house with my amazing friend and housemate Vanessa. We are looking for someone between the age of 26-45.
