We are Ivan and Natasha looking for a third flatmate in our beautiful 3-bedroom duplex apartment just off West Green Road, about 10 minutes from Seven Sisters station. We’re on the fourth floor of a new build with an elevator, private car parking and cycle parking. The flat is managed by Ellis & Co, they’re responsive and we haven’t had any problems.
Honestly, we believe we’re living in then penthouse of paradise and we’re looking for the right person to join our home.
Room Details
Move-in date: 10th May
Minimum stay: 6 months
Contract type: Tenancy replacement
Current contract runs until November (then renewable)
You can choose between:
*Bigger room — £1100 + bills
*Opens onto a private balcony
*Furnished
*Fits desk + wardrobe comfortably
*Best option if you work from home
Smaller room — £850 + bills
*Has a sofa bed (can be replaced)
*Space for shelves/storage (you may want to add a few items)
*Not ideal for full-time WFH
You would share the large family bathroom only with Natasha, Ivan has his own ensuite.

*Working from home: OK in bigger room, not ideal in smaller room
*Smoking/vaping: balcony only
*Cleanliness: we’re very clean and tidy and want the same

*Social style: shared meals & dinner parties welcome; occasional nights out - not a party flat
The Flat
Ivan is a freelance techie working from home. Into yoga, meditation and Bad Bunny. Labrador energy. 36, Colombian heritage, grew up in London.
Natasha runs a cooperative coworking space in Finsbury Park Tuesday to Thursday and is more flexible the rest of the week. Into art, music, and Sex and the City. Cat energy. 34, Indian origin, grew up in London.
We’ve built a genuinely communal, caring household. Friends and family pass through, we cook together, share household basics and even all our food (up until now). We keep things warm and respectful. Slightly bougie, eco-leaning 30s energy.
