I’m looking for a friendly, tidy lodger for a small but cosy spare room in my lovely bright and quiet flat, just a 2-minute walk from Turnpike Lane station on the Piccadilly line — perfect for an easy commute into central London and beyond.

The room itself is compact but well laid out with a double bed, with great storage available to make the most of the space. There’s also a dedicated area in the living room set up for working from home, so you’ll have a comfortable spot to focus during the day.

The flat is calm, clean and gets lots of natural light — ideal if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful to come back to after work.

A bit about me: I’m a quiet and friendly person who works long hours during the day. In the evenings, I enjoy relaxing, having a chat, watching sports, and getting into some good TV.
