Hi, I am looking for a responsible and trustworthy person who is willing and able to take care of my cats when I am away. It is not a big job, the cats are independent animals.

The room is not large, but I am working abroad, so the majority of time you will have the whole flat only for yourself.
You can rearrange the room according to your needs, e. g. instead of drawers, I can put a small table with a chair.
The flat is for animal lovers, as I have two cats and you need to take care of them while I am away, give them food twice a day and clean their toilets. (Hence the rent price is lower). Of course, I will cover all expenses concerning them.

About 10 minutes walk from Seven Sister Victoria Line underground station to central London and Bruce Grove overground station. Plenty of buses from High Road and Phillip Lane.
Cheap stores like Tesco, Iceland, Aldi, Lidl are 10–15 minutes walking distance. Tottenham Green pools & fitness is very close.
No smoking inside, but there is a nice roof terrace for smokers.
Council tax and bills included.
There are two rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, Broadband, tv, washing machine, complete kitchen equipment and the garden with parking space.
Couple possible for extra charge.
