Heya!
I am subletting my lovely room from the 1st of December to the 15th of January (1.5 months). It's a doublre room in our bright and cozy flat in Seven Sisters (N15 6). The location is AMAZING, just a 2-minute walk to South Tottenham Overground Station, 5 minutes to Seven Sisters Tube/Overground Station, with excellent access to multiple bus routes. On Fridays and Saturdays, the tube operates 24 hours, perfect for the festive season!

You’ll find plenty of amenities nearby, including Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Boots, a pharmacy, pubs, restaurants and a great grocery shop that opens till late. For nature lovers, there are lovely spots like the canal, Markfield Park, Springfield Park, Tottenham Marshes and Walthamstow Wetlands, all within walking distance.

We are a creative and friendly household that takes great care of our home and our many plants :)

You will be sharing the flat with two beautiful human beings: Agustín he/him (sound engineer and musician) and Jarey she/her (working in hospitality).

ABOUT YOU: You are a relaxed, creative, tobacco-free and respectful person. You love to look after a home and will be respectful of the room items (although I'll my best to free up space) as well as the house plants. A vegan or vegetarian lifestyle would be a plus but it’s not a deal breaker! This is a single occupancy only, I am afraid.

The price for the 1.5 months is £1,185 including ALL bills (I know, a bargain!)

I am a bit busy at the moment, so I am sharing the viewing times below. Make sure you mention when you are available in your message! I'd encourage you to get in touch ASAP because the room will be offered to the first kind soul who is keen to make it their home.
