I'm looking for a housemate who wants to be friends and have a chat and hang out from time to time but also can respect each others space to unwind/do their own thing too.
The Landlord is a decent guy who's very quick and responsive when it comes to everything house related but very hands off in terms of visits, he's just happy to have people who want to make this their home!
Location: Quiet street with friendly neighbours,
Lots of shops and restaurants near by. The Big Tesco is 10 mins walk away.
Seven Sisters station is a 5 min walk.
Victoria line/Weaver line (overground) and sometimes the greater Anglia runs from the station. Very connected area, about 15 mins to central London.
Walthamstow wetlands and Finsbury Park and Stamford Hill are walkable :)
