We are a married couple with 2 young children and a cat looking to rent out a large double room with a balcony garden to a student at performers college, there is off road parking on the driveway if you have a car. Within the price it will include all bills and 3 meals a day. We have previous experience being a host family, we have previously had 6 students from the college live with us in the last few years. The room is available from September at the beginning of the term. Viewings more than welcome.
