Hi, We are a couple looking to rent out our lovely new room in Shephall Stevenage. The room has been specifically equipped for e. g. a professional graduate who dynamically works from home (like myself).
It is very well furnished including standing desk 55' 4k tv monitors ... generously sized furniture etc.

It is exceptionally convenient:
very quick/direct to drive, cycle and bus in and multiple other reasons ... complete list of details below (if you like long reads!)... :

#1 Parking, bus stops and easy bike access:

The house comes with private driveway with space for a second car, the house is in Furzedown meaning a straight fast journey down six hills way (for both driving, cycling and bussing) to either work or the centre + station.

It has a complete dedicated cycle path the entire way to work and the station, as well as a bus stop a 5-minute walk away, with busses every 10-15 minutes (that only takes a further 5 minutes to get in!)

We also have a shed in the garden with side access to the front of the house, so using bikes is very practical for our house, we already have 2x e-bikes which could be arranged for borrowing, it is a large shed so space for your own bike too.

#2 Bed, TV and 2x side desks

The room comes with a comfortable UK queen size bed with mattress topper and a large 55inch 4K LG Smart TV and magic remote, for Netflix etc. as well as two side desks, the bed has wheels on it, which is a surprisingly useful feature, for quickly adjusting the room layout, you can either have:

- The bed to the right of both side tables for a large central space
- Bed between both side tables, so it can be accessed both sides, if you bring a guest
- Remove both side tables, and turn bed side-on (it fits) to function as a cinema sofa

#3 Generously sized mirrored wardrobe and chest of drawers

The room comes with a large, mirrored wardrobe with 2x hanging racks so you can easily fit all your coats on one side and all of your shirts in the other for example, the wardrobe and chest of drawers combine for two giant drawers and 5 medium drawers, so planet of space for both remaining clothes and misc. storage

4# Kitchen garden and living room

The large and spacious kitchen features bright and modern furnishings with all the essentials including a dishwasher. The table is inside a beautiful and bright conservatory extension

The outer garden is large and spacious with a reasonable amount of privacy with a large pagoda and rattan furniture set for relaxing or socialising outside, and bike shed as discussed. The garden is accessible from the front via a side tunnel

The living room is very cosy and decorated with a motorised (down and out) 55 inch TV, corner sofa bed, and lift top coffee table that unfolds into a large table for board games etc

#5 Bathroom

The house currently has one shared modern bathroom with shower, there is a second bathroom downstairs in the process of being built but this is a DIY job a few months off completion.

#6. 6 months duration Final notes

The term for this room is 6 months, after this there may be a requirement to move out simply due to a plan for some family to stay during the summer for 3 months, may be able to stay a bit more than 6 months depending on dates. However this should be a great place to stay for that period, and you essentially get the place to yourself, whenever we are out of the house!
