Double room available in a clean, modern and welcoming flat in Stevenage, available Monday–Friday.
**would consider Monday-Sunday for short term lets**
I’m looking for a friendly, respectful and professional female to share the flat with. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, occasionally travel for work and spend my evenings in the gym. I’m ideally looking for someone who is also working and would suit a Monday– Friday setup.
The flat is around 10 minutes from Stevenage train station, making it ideal for someone commuting to work, including into London.
There is street parking available, and the flat is situated in a quiet residential area. There is parking outside on a first come first served basis, but 95% of the time there is always parking dependent upon the times of day you are coming home. I also have a private parking spot available for use if I’m not there.
The room is a comfortable double, with access to the shared kitchen, living area and bathroom.
I don’t have my own pets, but I do occasionally look after a friend’s dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs and generally like animals 🐶
