The house is a 14 minute walk to the town centre (0. 7 miles).
The kitchen is fully furnished with table & chairs, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave etc. The whole house has double glazing and gas central heating so everyone is warm. There is a large back garden with patio for BBQs and a shed for your bike. There is a front garden and lots of on-road parking.
The room is a very large double room on the first floor overlooking the back garden. It is furnished with a double bed, built in wall wardrobe and two long wall shelves with clothes rail.

The rent includes council tax, water rates and broad band internet. Gas and electricity bills are shared and work out around £40 per month. The contract is very flexible with just one month’s notice if you need to move elsewhere. I own the house and you will be dealing directly with me so there are no extra fees or useless agencies to deal with. I am prompt to return deposits.
