The house is tidy, has a large garden and driveway, and is a 15 minute walk to the station.

It's an average sized double room with a nice built in wardrobe, and there's one shared bathroom in the house.

I'm a civil engineer and I work from home normally 4 days per week. Otherwise, I like playing sports and BBQing!
