This is a really friendly house with some great people just round the corner to Hertford East station and the town centre. There is a lounge and kitchen with washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave etc. There is a large back garden with patio for BBQs.
The contract is super flexible with just one month's notice if you need to leave. The rent includes council tax, water and broadband internet. Gas and electricity are shared and work out roughly £40 per person per month.
