Double room in well equipped house in St Nicholas, bus to town every 5-10 min at peak times,. Wireless and wired high speed internet, well equipped kitchen, well equipped laundry room, plenty of fridge and freezer space.

We are looking for a professional person to join us here.

We have one bathroom with shower and toilet, one shower room and one separate toilet in addition to the rooms en-suite

Tv in bedroom.

We Have a small sitting room on the ground floor, adjacent to the kitchen, this is the only shared space in which smoking is permitted.

The current housemates work very different hours so again not much clashing when we need the bath or shower.

**SMOKING POLICY**
We are a mix of smokers and non smokers so a smoker is welcome; subject to our smoking policy; which is smoking only in the ground floor sitting room or the outdoor space; no smoking in the bedrooms.

The available room has been freshly decorated and carpeted, and as always, a new mattress is provided.

We are usually quiet in the week and occasionally lively on the weekends.

We have a goldfish, not very affectionate.

Recently improved our outside space with a patio and higher fence for more. private outside time.
