I have a double room available for rent in the lovely village of Shepreth, which has a mainline station to Cambridge and Kings Cross and is situated in between Royston and Cambridge, just off the A10. There is off street parking and shared use of Kitchen with Dishwasher and garden with Patio. Bathroom with bath & shower. Water softener installed. All bills are included and unlimited wifi.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe , bedside table, lamp and entertainment unit with 40 inch TV with Sky Q/Netflix/Prime. There are also some wall shelves and a floor standing remote control fan.
There is off road parking and CCTV.

It is a lovely clean and tidy home so would only consider someone that is clean, tidy and respectful .

I provide bed linen and towels also.

Please note: This is a Mon-Friday let only so only 4 nights per week. I would also consider less nights at a price per night.
I might also consider a short term let to a female only but you would need a car as there are no shops in the village.


Must like dogs 🐕 as I have a young small breed who is very friendly.
