This is a nice sized double room fully furnished and ready to be moved into. The downstairs shower would be exclusively yours to use as you needed. All the hot water is electrically heated so there's no worry about it running out. Electric gas, broadband, water and council tax included Personal cupboard space in kitchen.
Brand new central heating system so house is nice and warm. There's bike lock point on the front of the house. Cleaning lady comes in every couple of weeks.
I'm self employed so my work schedule is a little erratic at times but usually falls within day work Monday to Friday. Must be dog friendly as a spaniel lives here too and will want a fuss. There is ongoing work in the garden so the dining room often has tools stacked up.
