This is a family home that has a shared lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, downstairs loo and garden.
I'm Sally, the house owner and my son lives there along with his girlfriend and 2 other male housemates who are all really easy going. My 8 year grandson stays some weekends as well.
The room is £620 per month including bills.
The house is in a nice quiet road on the outskirts of town but only a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre and National rail station.
