Situated just outside of Royston on the way to Barley, we have a top floor superking room to rent, with access to its own bathroom on a lower floor, shared kitchen and sitting room. Being on the top floor, it is very secluded from the rest of the house.
Its is currently available Mon-Fri only.
Would suit a professional who works in the area or travels to London. Royston train station is only 38 mins from Kings Cross.
The house is a new build with lovely garden and with a country feel. I would arrange for there to be a sofa in the room as well to form your own seperate living area if you wanted, the room is plenty big enough to have this in addition.
You would need a car or bike to get around as we are just outside of the town.
