Relaxing environment with access to animal Rescue community group owned by the landlord just down the road with horses, birds, cats. Beautiful panoramic views of the Southdowns from the bathroom and bedrooms. The single bedroom downstairs has a toilet and bathroom right next to it and the upstairs bedroom has a power shower right next to it. Nice kitchen and living room and lovely garden to sit in. Cats are in house downstairs. Might suit short-term or long term persons. It is essential that the tenant works outside of the house during working hours full-time. Sadly, I cannot consider anyone that works from home or very part time, as I have to consider everybody in the house equally with their own spacial needs/resources. Students are welcome too. Location rural so car would likely be needed. Relaxing gentle environment offered with friendly sports coach landlady. Please disclose any mental health or disordered patterns that may impact others.
