Double room to rent in Stirling for £334.95 per person per month. It is a two bedroom flat and my current flatmate is moving out so looking for someone to take over his half of the joint tenancy.

The flat is located near Stirling castle so in an ideal location for public transport or getting into/from town. It is a first floor flat.

The flat features a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fitted with a gas oven/cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge/small freezer, washing machine. The bathroom has a shower over a bath.

The rent is £334.95 per person so pretty cheap compared to other flats in the area, and the council tax band is A so also the cheapest. Bills are split 50/50 and WiFi is already in place so no waiting period to set it up.

I work full time so am looking for a flat mate who will be respectful of this and not keep me up all night, and that will help keep the flat clean and tidy so it is a pleasant place for us both to live. Besides that I have no preferences, the flat doesn’t allow smoking or pets. My current flat mate who is leaving has worked night shifts for the past year, so I am used to being respectful of a different sleeping pattern if you also work nights. Flat would be suitable for someone working full time or a student.
