Hi. Nice room available to rent in modern two bedroom flat in centre of Macclesfield. Five minutes walk to Macclesfield station where you get a train to Mancester which is 25 minuites away. Macclesfield shops and bars are also only five minutes walk away.

The flat has a modern open kitchen diner area and bathroom with shower and two bedrooms and parking. It is a quiet block, working people only are allowed by the Housing Association that manages the building. The flat is on the second floor and there is a communal lift.

Rent includes all bills.

The Housing Association is currently updating the block with new communal carpets and doors. There are no gardens unfortunately.

Council tax band 2. You would be sharing with a mature professional working male in late 50s. I would happily consider renting the room to any gender and anyone over 45 subject to normal checks.
