We’ve got a double room available in a duplex apartment right in the centre of Heaton Moor.

You’d be living with two working professionals who are social but appreciate our personal space too.

The flat itself is a spacious duplex and has three bathrooms. We keep things tidy and respectful and also get a cleaner in every couple of weeks which keeps things ticking over.

Location-wise you’re right in the middle of Heaton Moor, so loads of bars, cafés and restaurants within a few minutes walk, and good transport links into Manchester and Stockport.

It’s a friendly area too - the neighbours are sociable and there’s a nice community feel around here.

Rent is £500 per month and bills come to around £135 and includes the usual (council tax, electricity, water etc)

We’re looking for someone sound, friendly and respectful who wants a decent place to live and will feel part of the house.
