The one for our shared use has a sofa, dining table and chairs, office desk, a large flat screen TV, fire-stick, you can mirror your phone Netflix/amazon accounts to this/sign into this fire-stick with your account. Alexa - music. Nifty bike storage. Along with a place to keep some shoes etc.
