Transport links are plenty, with 4 min walk to the station (Reddish North) and 10 min direct train to Manchester Piccadilly, as well as a bus stop close by taking you directly to the centre of Manchester or Stockport.
Driving-wise, it's 10 mins to the M60, 20 mins to Manchester, and 15 mins to Stockport. Half an hour to the Peak District if you're into hiking or trail running.
The area is quite convenient with a 10 min walk to Asda as well as a corner shop a few mins away. Parking is on-street and free.
All bills are included: gas, electric, water, council tax, and superfast 900mb internet.
The kitchen is fully functional with your own cupboard space, and has a fridge, freezer, oven, and microwave of course. The washing machine is in the outhouse in the garden. There is one shared bathroom.
Ideally 1-year term but can be flexible with stays of 6 months to a few years available (subject to review). Looking for someone easygoing, clean and tidy. No couples. At least one reference is required.
I am a professional living in the property, working from home most of the time, and prefer peace and quiet. I am an easygoing and a chill person. I don't mind having a good chat but at the same time am a busy person like all of us, so someone who is a professional is preferred. Hobbies include trail running and going on an adventure.
