I’m looking for a housemate to share my home with me and my little dog Lola 🤍

The house is a spacious 3 bed and 2 bathroom that I currently rent by myself. It’s on fairly new estate that is very safe and quiet. It also backs on to the canal and is very green and beautiful. I’ve furnished the whole house, so all of the shared spaces are fully furnished and ready to enjoy and the bedroom for rent has a double bed in there but that’s all so you can make it your own.

The third bedroom is a very small room which I currently use as an office room which is welcome for you to use too, so the house would only ever be shared between the two of us (plus Lola, obviously 🐶).

A little about me:
I’m 30 and work full-time in Customer Success, as well as being a wedding singer on the side 🎤 I’m really friendly, easy-going and like to keep the house clean and tidy.

Outside of work I love going for walks with Lola, spending time with my friends and family, going out and generally having a nice balance between being social and having chilled time at home.

A little about Lola:
Lola is a small Maltichon and very much part of the household! She’s allowed on the sofa and likes to be involved in everything. She can also be barky at times, so you’ll need to genuinely like dogs and be comfortable living with one rather than just tolerating them 😂 I’d consider someone with a male dog but not a female dog as sometimes Lola can have issues with other female dogs in her home but is always fine with male dogs.

Who I’m looking for:
Ideally another female professional. I’m open to all ages, finding someone I click with and who will treat the house like their home is much more important to me.

I work from home quite a lot, so ideally I’m looking for somebody who mostly works outside of the house rather than also working from home full-time.
