Hii, I'm looking for someone to take the spare double room in my new house ! Just bare in mind the pictures are from before I bought it*. I'll be redecorating most areas before you move in (including the bedroom), plus the furniture will change.

Move in date is approx and flexible 😊

House: It has a lovely open plan living/dining room, good sized kitchen with lots of light, small conservatory and gorg private garden.
Location: Couple minutes walk to Reddish North train station / the nearest bus stop. The train to Manchester Piccadilly takes just over 10 mins. Also it's on the line to the peak district 🌿✨️

Parking: There's a shared driveway and also on-street parking. I don't have a car so if you do it should be fairly easy for you to park!

About me: I'm super chilled and friendly, I loveeee music, hiking, climbing, running, nature, being outdoors, cooking, good movies/TV, animals. Occasionally enjoy a big night out but I'm much more of a chilled night in/out person these days.

I work full time and split my time between going into the office and working from home.
What I'm looking for: Someone friendly, tidy and respectful. Looking to meet someone likeminded to share the space with !

Bills: Unsure how much bills will be as I've not moved in yet. I'd predict, per person, it'll be £75-£95 for gas/electric each month, £15-£30 for water, £15-£20 for wifi, and Council Tax band B is £80 per month. So I'd budget £185-£225, but this is just a rough estimate :)
