Hi there 👋

As one of my two housemates goes travelling, I'm looking for a new friendly lodger to share my home with me. So there'll be three of us in total (incl you!). I'm open to both short or longer term and flexible on start date so just let me know what you're looking for and we can talk it through.

*The room*
Large double room overlooking a quiet residential street. The bedroom has plenty of storage. You also have your own private office to work from home. or simply as a separate private space in the house.

*The bathrooms*
Two bath/shower rooms and two toilets between the three of us which is plenty, we find.

*The house*
It's a big Victorian house so plenty of space for the three of us. There's ample parking if you have a car. The garden is large and peaceful. The house is pet and smoke-free. We have a weekly cleaner for both communal rooms and bedrooms. All bills included such as utilities, broadband, council tax, water and weekly cleaner.

*The area*
The large Victorian house is on a quiet leafy street just 6 mins walk from Davenport station with frequent trains direct to Piccadilly in one direction and to the Peak District in the other 🥾🏞️. 25 min walk to Stockport station. Davenport itself has a handy high street as well Lidl and Morrisons a short drive away. Stepping Hill hospital is just 20 mins walk away.

*About me*
I'd like to think I'm friendly and enjoy a nice chat of an evening but also respect people's privacy. So a housemate who is happy doing their own thing but also is open to a bit of social time would be great. I work from home and in my spare time like cooking, playing badminton and walking in the Peak District. My other housemate is also super friendly but I'll let him speak for himself when you come round to meet us!
